I spent years as a corporate attorney, building an entire career on a mind I could count on. So, when the sleepless nights grew too many to count, and words I used every day started going missing mid-sentence, I did what high-performing women do: I pushed harder, and I told no one. I became an Integrative Nutrition Health Coach so that other women wouldn't lose years to the same confusion I did.
