Hi, I’m Mary -

an Integrative Nutrition Health Coach and former corporate attorney who knows firsthand what it's like to juggle a demanding career while your body suddenly feels unrecognizable. If you've ever wondered, "What happened to my body?" - you're not alone, and you don't have to navigate this season by yourself.

I help high-performing women take back control of the fatigue, weight gain, brain fog, mood swings, sleep disruption, and everything else that tends to hit during perimenopause and menopause. After years studying hormones, nutrition, and women's health, and coaching many women just like you, I've developed a practical approach that fits real-world schedules, heavy workloads, and nonstop responsibilities.

I blend science, strategy, and compassion to help you understand what's happening inside your body, let go of the frustration and self-blame, and build habits that feel doable, even on your busiest days. Together we'll build a personalized plan that fits your goals, your life, and the woman you want to feel like again.

I found myself feeling so broken.  All the years of "having fun," eating what I wanted, drinking what I wanted caught up to me with a vengeance.  I felt emotionally, physically, financially, and spiritually tired.  I gave up.  

Then I met Mary.  Mary had a calming smile and demeanor, she was lean and happy, and I naturally gravitated to her.  For some reason, I felt comfortable sharing with her how I was feeling.

Our first meeting was more about getting to know each other and what I wanted my goals to be. Wow! It was all about me! This was a strange concept.  I felt important.  I felt heard.

Each Saturday morning, Mary and I would touch on a topic.  I loved the program because she really listened to me and what I needed and would tailor the conversation based on what was important to me on that day.  It's not a textbook program, it provides foundational tools that you can adapt to your life.  It was like a mustard seed!  A little seed of change was planted that I could integrate each week.

I went from 232 lbs. to 194 lbs. in 12 weeks, and I'm not done.  I eat healthy, and I feel healthy.  I restored by faith in God.  I quite smoking after 30+ years, and I am so happy!  It took time, it took work, and it took humbling myself to helpful tools and the advice of those who are already successful in the quest. Reflecting on this amazing journey, I realize it only took a mustard seed of faith and action.  I will forever be grateful for Mary's Mustard Seed Health Coaching.  It truly changed my life.
